Best Times to Visit

Plan your visit wisely for the most serene darshan experience

Early Morning (6:00 AM - 6:45 AM)

Highly Recommended

The best time for a peaceful, crowd-free darshan. The temple opens at 6:00 AM and darshan is available until 6:45 AM before Morning Aarti begins. Experience the divine calm. Ideal for meditation and prayers.

Weekdays (Monday - Friday)

Less Crowded

Weekdays see significantly less rush compared to weekends. Tuesday and Friday are slightly busier as they are considered auspicious for Goddess Lakshmi, but still far more manageable than Saturdays and Sundays.

Avoid Weekends & Public Holidays

Very Crowded

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays attract very large crowds. Queue times can extend to 2-3 hours. If you must visit on weekends, come early in the morning (6:00 - 6:45 AM) or after the Morning Aarti (7:30 AM onwards).

Navratri Special Timings

Festival Season

During Sharad Navratri (September/October), the temple extends its hours and may remain open until midnight. Special aarti and abhishek ceremonies are held. Expect extremely heavy crowds with wait times of 3-5 hours. Separate queues and crowd management are arranged during this period.
